Account Management

Account Management is where a player can manage his or her account. From here a player can upgrade a free account to a pay account, change billing information, or cancel his or her account.

Upgrade:

This option upgrades a free account to a pay account. This grants the player extra privileges, including the ability to design his or her own ships, gain command experience, and use larger fleet sizes. Pay accounts cost $7.95 a month.

Downgrade:

This changes a player account from pay to free. Any ships which the player designed are removed, as are any crews which the player has gained experience on. Doing this will remove ALL benefits of free account play.

Change Email:

This option allows you to change your email address. Note that your new address will need to be verified before the change is complete.

Change Password:

From here you can alter your account password.

Delete Account:

Should you choose to quit the game, you can close your account. This option is irrevocable, only hit it if you are sure.
