Creating An Account:

Creating an account is a simple process. Begin by downloading the Andromeda Online software from the downloads section. Run the client, and when it comes up, select "New Account" from the index bar. From there you will be asked for your account information, including a valid email address, and for an account and empire name.

Your account name can be anything you choose, and is how you identify yourself to our servers. Every account must have a unique name. You should never give your account name out.

Your empire name is the name by which you will be known to other players. It seen by the general public on our servers, and thus is restricted. You may not use profanities, derogatory expressions, or any name which may be considered offensive. We reserve the right to prohibit any name at any time for any reason.

You must read the code of conduct before making an account. To make an account stipulates that you have read and agreed to the Code of Conduct.

Once you sign up for a account, you will be sent a verification email. Simply open the email and click on the enclosed link to verify your account. Until your account is verified, you will only have access to the Account Management screen, and will be unable to play.

 

Upgrading an Account:

At any time you may wish to upgrade your account to "pay" status. To do so, simply go to the account management screen and click on "upgrade". Note that we only accept paypal payments, and can not accept payments through any other method.

If you ever lose your password, you can hit "Remind Password" on the login page, the password will be sent to the email address listed on the account.
